Recruitment Appeal – Derbyshire Blood Bikes on BBC East Midlands News

We’re delighted that Blood Bike Volunteers across our region have been highlighted for supporting our local NHS hospitals by the BBC’s James Roberson.

Derbyshire Blood Bikes are keen to attract more motorcyclists to the group to help out delivering and expanding their service to Derbyshire Hospitals in Derby and Chesterfield.

Motorcyclists must be at least 25years-of-age, have held an A1 licence for a minimum of two years and have passed an advanced motorcycle test through the IAM or RoSPA (Silver).

We will be holding an open meeting within next two weeks for anyone interested in joining us. We’ll tell you how we work and what to expect as a blood biking volunteer.

You can register your interest through enquiries@derbyshirebloodbikes.org
